Our Team
Frank S. Mansella, CPA, MST
Frank S. Mansella, a graduate from the University of Rhode Island (May, 1983) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a graduate from Bryant University (May, 1995) with a Master of Science Degree in Taxation, has been practicing accounting and taxation for over 30 years. From 1983 thru 1988, he worked for two public accounting firms in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts. In 1988 he opened his own accounting and tax practice in Cranston, R.I. In 2005, he expanded his practice to the Central Florida Area. He maintains a private practice in both Rhode Island & Florida. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. His practice focuses on business consulting, accounting, income & estate tax planning and consulting for Individuals, Business entities, Estates & Trusts and litigation support services. He engages in IRS and tax representation services for clients with tax controversies and/or issues. He has also engaged in expert witness testimony in Court and various litigation resolution matters. Mr. Mansella has been involved with the formation of various non-profit entities and start-ups including making applications with the Internal Revenue Service to obtain tax exempt 501(c)(3) status. Mr. Mansella is a member of Rhode Island Society of CPA’s. He has also served on the board of directors and finance committees of several non-profit organizations. He was the President & Founder of Fans of Sinatra, Inc., a State of Rhode Island non-profit organization which provided fund raising activities for various charities such as The Jimmy Fund, A Wish Come True and RI Diabetes Foundation.
